Evening guys.(opps..sorry ptg ni yaya jd omputih jap.. bkn ape lama xwriting in english ni.. so PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT..kalau salah tu jgn gelak yep..myb english broken ke) Ok, today yaya wanna share something that related with our life. its about our health. nowadays we can see many people especially in Malaysia faced with diseases such high blood pressure, heart attack and many more. Obesity also one of health problem faced by Malaysian. There are many factors that cause obesity especially our eating habit.When having obesity the person tend to have diabetes. What is diabetes? Diabetes is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar, either because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced.
ok, here yaya wanna share some tips for our health and thus in sha allah we moves for a longer life :). Firstly, have a side salad. what means by that? ok, here yaya will explain more regarding to this point. When we eating high-carb food (high carbohydrate food) which we can found carbohydrate in almost living things and food like potatoes, rice, bread,chocolate and more. when eating this we need to served salad too and must make sure that it contains vinegar. WHY? There are a recent small study found that just 1 1/2 tbsp of vinegar can lower your blood sugar by 42%.
Next, treat your pasta right by keeping cells responsive to insulin is the key to avoid from diabetes as its insulin that sweeps sugar out from our blood in body. There are a research that found that in extra-virgin oil can increased the insulin sensitivity for overweight woman.
Excersice session also can be done in order to improve your body's blood-sugar control. Please do not sitting for hours at a time boost because it may cause you to get more diseases. And please make sure you sleep seven to eight hours a day to avoid in risk of developing diabetes.
